Our experience of selling our farm through Bayley's was superb. Tim was extremely professional and generous with his time throughout the entire process. He kept us well informed, responded immediately to questions and was never impatient with us. The fact that Tim has been a farmer himself was both helpful and comforting as selling a property after five generations of ownership can be hugely emotional at times. Declaration of interest: we have a family connection with Tim. He handled this superbly and we are extremely grateful for his support on a personal level as well as in securing a great outcome.

From the first time that I met Tammy, she made such a great impression by taking the extra time to fully explain the methods of sale and purchase, as I was looking to complete a sale and purchase process for the first time on my own. She was so empathetic to my lack of knowledge! Then she called me out of the blue to chat about the home I'd looked at, and gave me the courage to make the first step and put an offer together! Within a very short timeframe, my old house was sold, and I was taking posession of my new home! Tammy's knowledge, communication and professionalism was simply outstanding.
