Our experience of selling our farm through Bayley's was superb. Tim was extremely professional and generous with his time throughout the entire process. He kept us well informed, responded immediately to questions and was never impatient with us. The fact that Tim has been a farmer himself was both helpful and comforting as selling a property after five generations of ownership can be hugely emotional at times. Declaration of interest: we have a family connection with Tim. He handled this superbly and we are extremely grateful for his support on a personal level as well as in securing a great outcome.

Michelle and Paul went out of there way to help when any difficulties that arose. The knowledge that Paul and Michelle supplied on our first meet was informative and certainly had done there homework on the area. From the first time that I met Tammy, she made such a great impression by taking the extra time to fully explain the methods of sale and purchase, as I was looking to complete a sale and purchase process for the first time on my own. She was so empathetic to my lack of knowledge! Then she called me out of the blue to chat about the home I'd looked at, and gave me the courage to make the first step and put an offer together! Within a very short timeframe, my old house was sold, and I was taking posession of my new home! Tammy's knowledge, communication and professionalism was simply outstanding. From a simple email advising our preferences, Tammy took us on a smooth, informative and exciting journey. She recommended a house based on our criteria and when we saw it, we fell in love with it! It was like she had read our minds. From there, she kept us informed every step of the way always being factual and clear with the next steps and what we needed to consider. She was available when we needed her and she always true to her word. Thanks to her guidance and super knowledge, we knew our options, knew the process and had a clear picture of what we needed to do to have the best chance to get what we wanted. Within 4 days, we agreed on an offer with the vendors and within 10 days, we went unconditional. Tammy was with us every step of the way, made us feel she was in our corner and working for us to have the best chance to succeed. Even once we secured our home, she connected us to a rent manager to look after us in the long haul. Truly, one of the best real estate experiences we've ever had. There is nobody better than Tammy.
