Tony Knaggs

I wanted to provide feedback about my experience with Tony, as he deserves recognition for the excellent service he provided throughout what was a long and sometimes challenging process. Having had a very negative experience with another real estate agent from the same company in 2024, I was initially hesitant about using the company again. My experience with Tony, however, was completely different, and he went a long way towards restoring my confidence in the company. I worked with Tony for approximately 16 months while searching for the right home and preparing to sell my own. I certainly wasn't the easiest customer! From the beginning, I was clear that I did not want to be pressured or mucked around, and Tony always respected that. Tony has excellent knowledge of the local property market and consistently provided clear, realistic and well-informed advice. He was incredibly patient, listened to my concerns and never made me feel pressured into a decision that wasn't right for me. He was always willing to think outside the square and explore different options. His communication was excellent. He was prompt in responding to messages and calls, kept me informed and was always approachable when I had questions. Even when I was stressed or asking lots of questions, I never felt like an inconvenience. What I appreciated most was the trust Tony built with me. Buying and selling a home is a significant financial and personal decision, and I always felt he was acting in my best interests. He was honest when I needed advice, patient when I needed time, and supportive without ever being pushy. After my previous experience, Tony made a huge difference. He represented the company extremely well and demonstrated the professionalism, integrity and customer service I would expect from a great real estate agent. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Tony to anyone. He was fantastic to work with, and I am very grateful for his time, patience and effort.

What made Tony the best real estate agent I have ver dealt with was his interest in the property, the insight he shared with us. He was always calm, offered reassurance and advice when needed. Best of all he was incredibly proactive at every stage, I never felt Tony was just 'going through the motions'. I couldn't recommend Tony enough!

Working with Tony was genuinely easy and reassuring. He kept us well informed, was proactive throughout, and was always quick to respond when we had questions. His communication was excellent, and his honest, down to earth advice made the whole process feel relatively straightforward. Tony’s professionalism and friendly approach really stood out.

Tony followed up with us on a regular basis, and arranged times for viewings and inspections making the process easy.

Tony was very professional from the outset, he helped make a tricky process (on our part) seamless. We had to sell our property and Tony was great with communication between us and the seller which was extremely helpful. Would 100% recommend Tony to anyone!

Helped me understand things during the process. Answered my questions with clarity, was available when needed. Was thoughtful and understanding regarding working with a buyer who is a pensioner and finds it difficult to navigate ever changing technology. I enjoyed working with Tony.
