From the day they came to assess our property, walking us through their proposal and then preparing us for the photographs and open homes they were amazing. Brenda explained how to present the house in its best light. The feedback after each open home and private visit kept us in the loop. During COVID-19 level 4 we saw our eventual home on line. We contacted Bryan who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and provided very helpful advice on how to get the property details from Napier City Council. When level 3 arrived he showed us around the property via a Facetime session, and soon after we viewed it in person. He managed the negotiation and sale/purchase very professionally. His communication skills are excellent.
