In pre-engagement discussions, Bryan and Brenda highlighted some issues we were not aware of. Once engaged they were proactive in informing our lawyers and checking council records. Our sale required some tight timing as we were in the lead up to Christmas. Co-ordination was required around renovations, staging furniture movements, and social media and online launching.
