Skilled Harcourts Taradale's real estate agent, Rob Nunziante

Over the summer of 2024 and then in the winter of 2026, I have had the good fortune to working with skilled Harcourts Taradale's real estate agent, Rob Nunziante. He has brought years of confidence and experience to his advice he has given me, and always speaks and explains real estate situations clearly, calmly, and with easy-to-understand language. He has shown me patience when I thought I wanted to sell my property in December 2024, but decided not to, and then requested him again in June 2026 to resume the sale. He is always tolerant and obliging whenever my household is not in a space to hold an open home for any reason. Rob has always shown humanity and warmth when we have discussed the issues of selling; he is always careful and meticulous when we are choosing either words to say or photographs to upload for advertisements; his advice in selecting selling offers has been second to none; and hence I have no problems in recommending Rob as a top-notch real estate agent to anyone needing real estate advice.

Outstanding service!
