Tania was tasked with selling our house pre COVID lockdown, we really liked her attitude from the first time we met ,she was very relatable , easy to deal with and had a lot of knowledge on the current market situation. It did not take long for her to come up with potential buyers and offers that we were happy with. Then COVID hit and we thought that was the end of it , but Tania still managed to finalise the sale and we walked away very happy. I met Tania through my work and when I realized she was in Real Estate, I asked her to keep a lookout for me. I told her what my needs were and within a short time she had found a property for me to view! Even though it needed renovating, it fulfilled every requirement that I had asked for! We choose Bryan and Brenda because of their experience. They handled the negotiation with the tenants reasonably well while our property's were on the market . Brenda and Btian from Harcourts Taradale were awesome! From the day they came to assess our property, walking us through their proposal and then preparing us for the photographs and open homes they were amazing. Brenda explained how to present the house in its best light. The feedback after each open home and private visit kept us in the loop. This was our second agency and we will be using them again should we ever need to sell a property in Naper.
