I met Tania through my work and when I realized she was in Real Estate, I asked her to keep a lookout for me. I told her what my needs were and within a short time she had found a property for me to view! Even though it needed renovating, it fulfilled every requirement that I had asked for! I am eternally grateful to Tania as I now have the perfect home for me! She was so helpful and obliging throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble! She certainly knows her stuff and doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile. She is a lovely, genuine person and I highly recommend her 🙂

We choose Bryan and Brenda because of their experience. They handled the negotiation with the tenants reasonably well while our property's were on the market . But did feel a lack of guidance thru the sale process and were more interested in helping out the purchaser and their wants. But do feel they work well as team

Brenda and Btian from Harcourts Taradale were awesome! From the day they came to assess our property, walking us through their proposal and then preparing us for the photographs and open homes they were amazing. Brenda explained how to present the house in its best light. The feedback after each open home and private visit kept us in the loop. This was our second agency and we will be using them again should we ever need to sell a property in Naper.
