Highly recommend
Bryan and Brenda were professional and communicated right from the start - when I was considering who to list with, then throughout the sales process. I was living out of Hawke's Bay, so it was important that I could fully rely on my agents. They helped me to sort a house stager (Vivian from House Presentation), and communicated with her as well as the cleaner/gardener (Sherilee at Inside Outside). I was fortunate to get an offer early in the auction process, and they helped me through that, as well as making sure that there were enough open homes to get as many bidders as possible. I would definitely use Bryan and Brenda whether buying or selling, and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service!!
Tania went above and beyond as our real estate agent in the recent sale of my Fathers home in Taradale. I live in Australia, and Tania made the whole process seamless and stress free, she went as far as cleaning, gardening and staging the home which I am extremely grateful for. Great Communication and Advice
Bryan and Brenda Fulton impressed my son and I from the get go. Even to the extent of putting my sons shoes on the back door, as my son forgot to put them on when we left the open home. Kept in contact throughout the whole process, and made buying at auction on a zoom meeting (due to Covid 4 restrictions) very clear and easy. Would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling.

Well communicated and professional.
We purchased a home in Napier through Bryan Fulton from Harcourts, and he was excellent throughout this transaction. Living in Tauranga at the time of purchase, meant more phone communication and more thought about things than had we been living local.
