Selling our first home was the hardest decision we have to make. Every part of it, old and new, was part of our life savings. Every sacrifice and hardship was engrave on every part of the building. Letting it go was not easy especially selling it at a cost based on what people say around. Then we met Jamie! Hesitation went away and found our selves selling hour house the next day,Ha ha! That was because Jamie was so good at her work and has professionally communicated to us all the "pros and cons" of selling the house with the current market status. She was honest about everything and has communicated important information to us for us to make the best decision. Jamie is so hardworking. Despite the demand of her work schedule due to numerous clients, we never felt left out. Schedules were met on time and interested buyers were entertained by her personally and professionally. Jamie is hands on in dealing with her job and even extend beyond her job description and working hours just to make sure the sale would run smoothly. Frustrations comes along the way but Jamie was always there to give us hope and encouragement. I have nothing to say but the best for Jamie because of how she made us feel during the process of selling. Lastly, I admire the fairness she has demonstrated to us as seller and to the other parties as buyer. I would say Jamie made the sale transaction in a win-win situation for both parties.
