Karen was able to quickly get in several offers on our property and negotiate a great price. She then supported us to find our new property in our desired location. The time frames were tight but we were able to sell for a great price and find our new home with Karen’s help.

Selling your home and buying another can be a complex and emotional time. You’re in safe hands though, if you choose Karen. She’s experienced, knowledgeable and works incredibly hard. We were very happy with the outcomes on both our properties and would happily recommend her or go back to her again in future.

It was a pleasure working with Steve on the sale of our home. He worked very hard to get us a great result. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking into selling their home.

I hit it off straight away with Karen, she was so positive, upbeat and knew her stuff, her and Lesliee worked as a great team and the sale was a result of their dedicated vision.

Karen and Lesliee make a great team, they are very responsive to all questions and put us at ease with any queries or concerns we had through the whole process. They were respectful of us and our place and really understood our family situation (we have young children) what we were looking for and needed when it came to holding viewings. They were very promot with paperwork and replying to messages/emails. Thank you both for all you did to help us achieve a great sale price!

Diego and his team were quick on arranging the photographers and signing of documents for the house to be put up on the market. Within 24 hours Team Diego were facilitating house viewings and we were given a great offer after 6 days of being on the market. The auction was brought forward and we sold the house for a fantastic price after a total of 8 days. Diego was professional and it is apparent that he is a subject matter expert because of his recommendations and strategic planning. I’m so pleased that I chose Team Diego again to help sell my biggest asset! This is the second time I’ve used their services and I will definitely stick with them again in the future.

We have to say that our experience dealing with Karen was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in to the property we felt she was trying to get an understanding of who we were and what would work for us. She certainly sold the vision of the house to us but we also admired the passion and tone with which she operated. Her communication was prompt, polite and clear. Ultimately I would characterise Karen as being extremely personable and an someone who took the time to not just get the best deal for the vendor but for our family as well. Happy to recommend!

From the first conversation you could tell Diego was highly experienced. We are property investors and he treated us as such - no nonsence or long winded education sessions just down to business. Diego and his team run as a well oiled machine and we will definately use them in the future and recommend to all friends and family. Couldn't rate them highly enough.
