We were in communication with Steve for a few months viewing numerous houses across West Auckand. Steve spent a lot of time checking in with us and sharing with us very suitable properties. They managed to overcome the numerous obstacles brought by an Auckland stuck at Alert Level 3, and prepared a great marketing campaign that attracted dozens of private viewings in the vert first weekend, which led to a great pre-auction offer the following Monday and final sale on the Wednesday, saving us loads of trouble and time. Having never been through the selling process before and with two very young children to wrangle we needed an agent who would be professional and empathetic, that we could trust, that we could rely on to help guide us through the process, and who would work hard to get us the best outcome possible for us not just for themselves. Diego was all of these and more. We had met him a few years previously when we were house hunting and even though we didn't end up buying through him his professionalism, openness and work ethic really stood out.
