We sold our house in Auckland during the L3 lockdown whilst living in Wellington and we were beyond happy with the results that Diego provided us. He has a great personality, is very organized, is punctual to meetings, honest about his thoughts , transparent so you know what is happening and easy to deal with and most importantly understands what's important to you as vendors and makes it happen - what else can you would you want in a real estate agent! Would highly recommend to anyone that is selling! 11/10!

We had a tough order of selling our house in 3 weeks while in level 3 lockdown. Diego and the team were fantastic. Great communication, professional and helped us through the whole process with ease. The team really smashed it out of the park for us and truly went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

We couldn't have been happier entrusting Taryn with the sale of our property. From the get-go, she made the process care-free and easy - even contacting our tenants and property manager for us and keeping them informed every step of the way. She has great knowledge of the current market and is truly an all-round fabulous person to deal with. We are still in shock how quickly we sold and we cannot thank Taryn enough for everything she did to achieve an amazing outcome. We highly recommend Taryn and Harcourts NorthWest to anyone wanting to sell property in West Auckland.

Taryn Sumner went above and beyond what I would expect from an agent. Not only finding a property to suit my exact requirements but also navigating a complex transaction process making it all fall into place. Fast Communication. Easiest trade. I would not hesitate in recommending Taryn to anyone thinking of either buyer or selling. Only 3 days We bought the house we love it. Highly Recommend +++ to everyone.
