Diego, Melissa, Wayne and team all worked hard for us - they pulled together a great marketing campaign including arranging staging and photographs very quickly and did plenty of open homes with an early auction to gauge a specific price. They took on board our wishes and we were very pleased when they got a multiple offer going that resulted in achieving the price we set and the conditions we hoped for and all within a short timeframe.

Diego responded to my initial appraisal inquired instantly and was on the point and professional from the start. We had the house on the market within a week and then he went to work with his great team. Communication was brilliant from the start . We went away on Holiday and Diego , Tiede and the team took care of everything. House was sold with a great offer before we could even get back into the country . They even sent us through some cocktail money to celebrate !. Really enjoyed the process and would recommend Diego (and we already have ) to anyone .

Diego was the perfect agent for us. He came with the knowledge and expertise that helped us get our house sold. We had a number in mind and he knew what we needed to do to get sold. When we didn't get any initial interest, he changed the marketing tactic, and we got an offer! The marketing was flexible, and catered to what we needed. Diego knows exactly what he's doing, he can alter his information and tactics according to the market. We got what we wanted and are very happy! A mega thank you to Diego and the team.

Buying & selling property can be stressful process as there are number of stakeholders with different expectation. However, with having assistance from Mustapha, everything went very smoothly without any issue. His communication was clear, honest and prompt, which may be the basic component for “good communication” but hard to find in nowadays and his communication skill was just excellent. In addition, he emphasized well with all parties and worked as liaison very well: There was no conflict, frustration and anxiety. He was fully trusted and guided us and others accordingly and trading was very successful. Mustapha is highly recommend for those who are looking for a professional service with buying & selling properties Once again, Special thanks to Mustapha for his service! Kind Regards Justin

I bought my first investment property with Mustapha’s support and cooperation. I was very lucky to find the right real estate salesperson who help me through the process. I was so excited and can’t thank him enough. Mustapha offers a lovely mix of attention to detail, experience, and professional diplomacy. Mustapha's amiable nature intertwined with his market knowledge is a winning combination. He was willing to go the extra mile, always with a smile and up-beat attitude. he communicated everything that was happening in a professional and timely manner. His in-depth knowledge of all areas of real estate has earned him the respect and trust of his peers and clients alike. His appraisals are accurate, always reflecting the current market. Buying and selling property is a complex process and can be quite daunting. He gives clear, constructive advice at every stage of the process. He makes time to listen and understand his client’s unique requirements. He then successfully guides them to achieve their dream home and secure investment. It is written for future clients to get to know how great of a person Mustapha is. It is written so anyone who reads this will know they are in good hands the moment they engage in his service. I totally recommend Mustapha.
