Deigo was super patient with us after having to postpone our house sale. But as soon as we were ready again he was as enthusiastic ,positive and not to mention thoughtful which is exaactly what we needed selling in a difficult market. We sold for an amount that we were happy with and it definitely wouldn't have happened if we listed with someone else. Why would you choose anyone but Deigo?

I found Diego to be exceptionally hard-working and tenacious in fighting for a sale in a difficult market.

Diego & team were excellent to deal with as this was a first time sale for us. Marketing was excellent and got our property noticed in a market where listings were ever increasing. Diego's knowledge and advice of the current market trends helped us get a sale swiftly. And negotiations with the buyers helped us get an ideal settlement date. We would highly recommend Diego and his team to anyone :)

Steve did a terrific job working with me and my partner to get into our first home. Steve's great communication and transparency gave us a lot of trust and we would 100% recommend him to others in the market.

Winnie was easy to work with as a buyer. Good, constant communication and chased the vendor for the required info as it was needed. Only hiccup was at when it came to the pre settlement inspection and she probably should've checked that she had the key before the day of the inspection.

Diego was an incredible agent who worked with us the entire time. From the moment we met with him, he was honest with us, and set us up with realistic expectations. He made the stressful task of selling easy and worry free. He never led us up a garden path making promises he couldn't keep and if we had questions he was always happy to answer them. Diego gave us regular updates and we never felt in the dark about where we were at in the process. His team were also incredible and a pleasure to work with. He has really broken the sleazy real estate stigma and is a great guy who we will definitely work with again in the future. Thank you Diego.

Diego was referred to us by a family member who had used him a year before. We were hesitant as we already had a relationship with another agent. But we decided to list with Diego as his confidence in the sell price was a lot higher. We listed at a really awkward time being the 4 December. Christmas was soon and the market was rapidly changing. In the end it took just over 4 months to sell. We dealt with multiple offers and would have sold earlier if the vendors could access finances, sell their house etc. In summary I would say that Diego's negotiating skills and energy levels are second to none. Most of the open homes were managed by Teidi who is equally phenomenal. Highly recommended.

We put our house on the market, just as the market took a huge nose dive. Taryn kept us up to date with the situation all the time, constantly giving us updates and recommendations as to what we could do to reinvigorate the interest on our property. We trusted Taryn with our situation and followed her advice, which paid off with our property selling faster than most in the area. Taryn worked so hard for us, constantly calling other Real Estate agents to get insights and feedback from them. Also calling them to see if they had any buyers that they could bring through the house. She tried every avenue, always working with our best interests. We couldn't have asked for a better agent, and we would definitely use Taryn again.
