Our experience with Team Diego was extremely good. Having brought and sold several properties over the years I can confidently say this process was as good as we’ve have ever had. Diego brings a lot of great skills to the table. Over and above his obvious ability to get deals done, there are several factors that made our experience such a good one: - Diego's communication, in general, is excellent. - He’s a busy guy, and moves fast, but we always felt like we were listened to. While it’s a team effort, we definitely felt like Diego was 100% across things. - Our expectation around marketing conditions and sale price was managed effectively - The team brought a strong system that has worked in the past, but was open to new ideas and thinking to help create a result - Diego finds a good balance of optimism to get a sale with a healthy dose of realism: there is a genuine sense of openness and transparency: no bullshit. - We never once felt pressured to make a decision we didn't want to. - Ultimately, in what has been reported as one of the slowest sales periods in recent history, we got a sale for a price we were happy with. - Even after we sold Diego was more than happy to provide tips and help to get our next property. When reading these types of reviews I often wonder 'is the agent *really* that good?', and I speculate if there might be some sort of coercion taking place to get such good reviews. In this instance, my advice is: believe the hype. Diego is undoubtedly top tier. Thanks for your help Team Diego. Awesome work.
