Penny was great to deal with through both the buying and selling process. She kept in touch constantly so we always knew what was happening. She was thorough in explaining how the process worked and what alternatives were available for selling which meant we could make an easy informed decision on the selling method. We would use Penny again if we were to sell.

From the very outset of our sales journey Mike included us as part of his team. His level of knowledge around the current housing market and his absolute professionalism was outstanding. His ability to clearly and honestly communicate with us meant we were never left wondering where we were up to in the process. He was respectful of our needs and never left us questioning his decisions. It has been a pleasure to have shared a successful outcome with him.
