Sharni organized multiple viewings for us in one day as we were from out of town. She was lovely both on the phone and in person. Had an answer to every question. Made us feel like she valued our time when looking. Once we made a decision she endeavored to help us with anything we needed. Always answered the phone or rung back as soon as possible. It’s a difficult market, interest rates have gone up and are still going up, buyers know that there is a slump and that they hold more cards. Sharni found a buyer quickly, with a fast settlement turn around which meant that I wasn’t outlaying my rent and mortgage, without receiving rent from the tenants who chose to vacate when I put my home on the market. I was in a tough spot and she made it happen. I have since bought in another location and am very happy with my new property. A feat that would not have been possible without Sharni’s contacts in the area and support.
