As any buyer in the current market will say it is a very competitive, difficult process negotiating against numerous others with prices at record levels. We were the successful buyers against numerous others all the while communicating with Mike on a daily basis as the deadline date approached. Mike was particularly fair and open with us indicating that all buyers are treated equally and given the multi offer situation Mike was at pains to ensure all offers were not presented through him, but rather the independence of the Office Manager.
