One Professional Gentleman
I first met Mike when looking to buy a home in Taupo. Immediately I was bowled over by his level of professionalism and integrity. Not only could he answer everything I wanted to know about the property and comparative sales in the area but he physically walked me around the boundary which was a mixture of flat, sloping to very steep. It therefore wasn’t a difficult choice when I came to sell my house as by then, Mike had become more like a friend I could trust and rely upon. A rare commodity in such a fast paced industry. I would have no hesitation in the slightest recommending Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell in Taupo. He will not let you down.

Easy to deal with, would listen to what you are looking for and give you space .

Excellent service, would highly recommend.
We used Penny as an agent because of her rave reviews, not just from family and friends who had already used her but because of her general approach and manor as a whole. We had a bit of a tricky property to sell and nothing was a problem for her to deal with. The house sold at a great price and we put it down to Pennies hard work, perseverance and knowledge. Mike is Exceptional! He went above and beyond for us in every way.
Mike is an amazing agent, focussed very much on making things happen with the clients at the heart. We were living overseas, and having spotted the house we were seeking, Mike made the long distance transaction a smooth and easy success. Mike's communication was first class. He liaised with us every step of the journey and ensured we could see every detail of the property via Zoom even though we were at arms length. Mike gave us confidence, with his knowledge of the fast moving market and his ability to take on board our needs. He liaised with the sellers to ensure our offer was tabled in a timely manner , and despite a multiple offer situation, managed to negotiate to benefit both vendors and ourselves as unconditional purchasers.
