After spending along time in the housing market we found Mike to stand out amongst the other real estate agents. He's very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. But above all he got us the result we dreamed of. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone that wants success in this hard market.

Mike was a great communicator and always made himself available to make sure we got the best from the market. He even helped out on the end of a vacuum before open homes and made some great suggestions with staging!

We needed to have clear but firm guidance through the process. That was handled with cool elegance and respect. always a smiley face, and the close partnership with Sasha ensured we were always served when buyers sought visits, and all appointment times were observed with commendable accuracy. This was a delightful social interaction, that we both looked forward to add younger verve to our days. Ill buy a new house so they can sell that.

Having been a commercial agent, & managed a successful real estate company myself, I found Kim knowledgeable & helpful. Living away from Kinloch, I found her to be most obliging, - prepared to assist, - keeping in touch, - & following up on detail! I wish her well, in her career, which I am sure will be successful.
