Communication through Shellene was excellent and timely 🙂 Both me and my partner weren’t very knowledgable in the house buying process but she was quite helpful throughout our hiccups!! This was a super scary process and we greatly appreciate the help

The whole sale process and all that it entails, was made easy and well explained by Alice. Our concerns and doubts, were answered and delt with in a timely and professional manner without anything becoming overwhelming and complicated. Our situation made it so that Alice had full access and care of our house in our absence. She diligently made sure that that the upkeep of the yard, and lawns were taken care of, and the house was in a good presentable order for whenever she felt the need to show clients around, or to do what she wanted in regard to timings, and open homes. At no stage did we have any concerns that out home was in any way neglected, or would not be in a high degree of readiness for the prospective new owners. Alice, and her partner were great to deal with and the result was outstanding given the circumstances we were faced with. In preparedness, the advice and tips to make it all work the way we wanted were valuable, and gladly appreciated. Good luck with your Sale N Craig

Alice was amazing to deal with. It was clear from the start that Alice is a very honest, direct person who does not try to convince you in any direction, rather she allows you to learn through her and come to the right decision yourself. I never felt pressured by Alice to buy this property, rather I felt I was given the information I needed to make an informed decision. I definitely would use Alice to sell my own house in the future, as trust is very important to me. Thanks Alice!
