Throughout the whole experience Alice was friendly, inviting, approachable, knowledgeable and just a genuine delight to liaise with. Alice made me feel like I was her most important client, always available and nothing was ever an issue. We had a few unforeseeable hiccups during the sale, (through no fault of Alice or Aaron) but they came up with fantastic solutions which I believe got us the best price for our property in the end. Living outside of NZ when selling a property can be a little difficult at times! Not for Alice and Aaron. They were amazing. I will definitely recommend these two brilliant minds. In what turned out to be a sudden downturn in the Market, my house value fell before it could take advantage of the upsurge of Sale Prices. I thought my dream of retiring to a Retirement Village was over but Mark believed in my dream and stayed with me advising best action, without his great patience I would have given up. With his years of experience he does understand the Market and knows exactly what his Vendors need whether buying or selling. Thank you Mark for believing in my dream and making it come true.

We now live overseas and Mark managed everything for us, from liaising with the tenant, to organising tradesmen to re-do flooring and tidy the place up! I was pretty happy with my plan to sell the home I grew up in before talking to Harry. Without being overbearing Harry explained how he worked and how he felt we could maximise value through some strategic renovation work that would fit within my budget. As I wasn't located in the Hutt Harry and his team were also able to step in and help project manage the work. At all times Harry and the team were attentive, professional, communicative and perhaps most of all respectful of how emotionally challenging selling a home, particularly one that has been in the family since day one, can be. In today's market it was hard to know what the value was and Harry's explanation of why we should choose a deadline sale made sense, and in the end was proven correct. We hit a value that we were happy with, and Harry identified buyers who were not only happy with the value, but also people that I felt would honour the house I grew up in. Cannot recommend Harry and the team highly enough.

Harry and the team (Matt and Sue) are exceptional. The team worked very hard to market our property and their marketing strategy was very strong. Their photography/videography team is also very talented. Working with Team Harry certainly exceeded our expectations. The best team, that's all we can say. Excellent communication skills, which are very important when selling. Highly recommended if you are thinking of selling your property.
