Amanda and I had the pleasure of dealing with Alice briefly a couple times when searching for our first home. When the time came to sell it, we knew exactly who we wanted as our agent! I contacted her via email directly to setup an initial consultation, and within 24 hours we had everything planned out over a cup of coffee at our place. Alice's warm and inviting nature put us immediately at ease, whilst her professionalism and knowledge of the market had all of our thoughts and feelings addressed. The fees, style, and approach for the sale were all very agreeable. To provide further context, we were in a position whereby the purchase of our new home was subject to the sale of our existing one, and Alice was exceptional in guiding us through this process. She helped us draft and update our Sale and Purchase agreement while offering ongoing advice. The initially overwhelming prospect of selling to buy suddenly became much less daunting. Our home was only on the market for 2 weeks in a very short deadline sale while we were under offer on our prospective new one, and everything went off without a hitch. Alice sat down with us at the deadline and helped us settle on the best offer for our situation, one which we were ultimately stoked with! To wrap things up efficiently, everything was signed digitally and flowed through that very same night, going unconditional on both properties. We would also like to give special mention to Alice's partner Aaron who effortlessly managed a lot of the important details behind the scenes, kept everything running smoothly throughout, and was also super friendly and great to deal with!
