I was pretty happy with my plan to sell the home I grew up in before talking to Harry. Without being overbearing Harry explained how he worked and how he felt we could maximise value through some strategic renovation work that would fit within my budget. As I wasn't located in the Hutt Harry and his team were also able to step in and help project manage the work. At all times Harry and the team were attentive, professional, communicative and perhaps most of all respectful of how emotionally challenging selling a home, particularly one that has been in the family since day one, can be. In today's market it was hard to know what the value was and Harry's explanation of why we should choose a deadline sale made sense, and in the end was proven correct.
