Alice and Aaron were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, professional and always kept us informed. Their market knowledge was excellent, and they explained everything clearly whenever we had questions. They arranged the open homes around our schedule and even dropped off a document we requested one evening at short notice. The WhatsApp group made it easy to stay in touch with the whole team, and our calls and messages were always answered promptly. Signing the documents online was also quick and easy. We really appreciated the care they took with confidentiality and everyone’s privacy. Although the negotiations were tricky, they handled them smoothly and professionally. They continued marketing the property until it was sold, even after it went under offer. We appreciated the regular conversations and informative written weekly updates. The video of the house was a lovely touch and showed their professionalism and sense of fun. Thank you to Alice, Aaron and the rest of the team for making the house-selling experience so stress-free. You are the best in the business and have set the bar extremely high!

Alice, Aaron and Kaitlyn were an awesome team to work with to sell our property. Right from the beginning they explained the process we needed to go through clearly and then kept us informed throughout. In particular we appreciated the effort to help us get the property ready for sale, including helping us get access to trusted tradespeople and stagers etc. The creation of a WhatsApp group to keep us informed with regular updates right through to us going unconditional was really useful. They were also responsive to any questions we had on the group and always went the extra mile.
