Harry provided excellent support and advice all the way through the selling process. From initial guidance on preparing my house for sale, to a well considered and executed marketing approach (thank you Sue Patel as well). Harry kept me well informed all the way through, was very responsive, and achieved an excellent result. Recommended.

With her in depth knowledge of the property market, particularly the Korokoro area, I am very thrilled to have chosen Shellene as my agent. I really appreciated her frank and honest approach, her clear and prompt communication and her attention to detail which did not go unnoticed. I felt well informed throughout the whole process; from appraisal to final settlement - all aspects were handled very professionally. I would highly recommend Shellene to any vendor wanting a top class agent.

We just bought our first house with Shellene and it was so buttery smooth we find ourselves wondering why all we've heard about house purchasing is that it's stressful. Shellene was so lovely and answered all of our many questions at all hours and if she didn't know she would find out within the day. Even when it came to printing and signing our offer which we suddenly realised we didn't have a printer, Shellene met us late in the day to get it all printed and signed with us. Highly recomend her as an agent. Thank you!

Our house became quite a hard house to sell because of the cladding used on the outside of the house. Shellene remained hugely positive all through and kept working extremely hard to keep buyers who showed interest, interested by following up and gaining their feedback. The price was less than we hoped for but there was really nothing that could be done about that with regards to the housing market and what the banks were willing to lend or not lend.

Mark is a pleasure to work with and is always happy to answer any questions we have. He is quick to respond and an excellent communicator. It has been comforting to know Mark will go the extra mile to get any answers we needed as first home buyers. He has showed professionalism yet is friendly and easy going. We have had a great experience as buyers and can see why sellers would want him as their agent.

Mark is a terrific agent. His communication was fantastic. At all times we were up to date on what was happening with the process of selling our house. After every “open home”. Mark contacted us with details. We will definitely recommend Mark to friends and family.

Mark was really helpful to us as we were buying our new home. He was happy to talk with us anytime we needed to and offered extra help that made the process much easier. He went above and beyond after the sale to help us with the final details and kept communication easy with the vendors through him.
