We have delt with Alice and Aaron with both buying and selling properties for about 4-5 years. They explain everything in detail and answer any questions you have and really ensure you know what is happening throughout the whole process. Alice and Aaron where both in regular contact to update or just check in which was nice they were both always engaged with our property. They were always realistic and explained in depth if market changed/was changing and also comparisons to other sales in the area. They worked along side us to get the best possible price. This is my second time with Alice Pearson from Professionals Real Estate. Throughout the whole experience Alice was friendly, inviting, approachable, knowledgeable and just a genuine delight to liaise with. Alice made me feel like I was her most important client, always available and nothing was ever an issue. We had a few unforeseeable hiccups during the sale, (through no fault of Alice or Aaron) but they came up with fantastic solutions which I believe got us the best price for our property in the end. Living outside of NZ when selling a property can be a little difficult at times! Not for Alice and Aaron. They were amazing. I will definitely recommend these two brilliant minds. In what turned out to be a sudden downturn in the Market, my house value fell before it could take advantage of the upsurge of Sale Prices. I thought my dream of retiring to a Retirement Village was over but Mark believed in my dream and stayed with me advising best action, without his great patience I would have given up.
