We have dealt with the Mike Pero group in previous years and found them excellent to deal with. Lane and his team proved to be at the highest level of our expectations. We found Lane in particular warm and very welcoming at all times. Prepared to explore our ongoing requests for information about properties we viewed and in the final point of purchase his knowledge of the sales process and understanding of our needs was without peer. Highly professional and helpful at all times

Lane made the process of selling this apartment so easy. It wasn't a straight forward sale and behind the scenes Lane went well beyond what he had to do. The communication was 5 star, kept up to date the whole way after each open home to the end. Couldn't have done this without the expertise help we received. Thanks Lane

I purchased a property in Alice ave Orewa through Mike Pero Real Estate. Lane Sanger was the agent who handled the sale and I found him to be knowledgable, professional and, with his communication skills, the sale was completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of all concerned.

Lane communicated with us every step of the journey to achieve a good outcome for both us and the buyer. We found his suggestions on how to present the house very helpful and encouraging. He was very knowledgeable and made a very stressful situation seem quite easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wanting a good Agent.
