I met Lane at an open home which we later purchased the property. Lane worked hard for the seller and for us by fielding my many emails for information. He was promptly available every time and provided all the information we needed to confidently bid at auction. After many months of looking and our own selling I honestly say he is one of the best agents I had come accross in the Silverdale/ Orewa area. Lane was able to give us a comprehensive market analysis which compared our home to similar properties in the area. His valuation spread we felt was realistic, and we were confident we wouldn't face future requests to review the asking price downwards.
