Lane was able to give us a comprehensive market analysis which compared our home to similar properties in the area. His valuation spread we felt was realistic, and we were confident we wouldn't face future requests to review the asking price downwards. Pretty quick and easy to deal with. Went the extra mile to view the property at various times of the day, followed up on a few points well. Felt sometimes a little quick and like 'another sale', it is our first house so liked to made feel special, I know this is hard when agents are busy with lots of properties. Never got the photo of the house with the sold sign which we would have like being our first home and also it was requested. Overall it was a good experience!
