Excellent service highly recommend
Highly recommend Lane, from a buyers perspective, real estate agents can sometimes be a little overbearing. We found Lane to be an exception to this rule, he was proffessional and caring. We would definitely use Lane's services again in the future.

Very thorough and up to date knowledge of market , very professional and very easy to communicate.
Lane Sanger has been so sensitive to our needs, he always understood our situation, kept us advised, and acted with full empathy and care, yet being pragmatic and expedient in striving to get a good result . He always took time to discuss plans of action and helped us make the best decision in difficult situations and times of uncertainty. I have been able to talk to him any time, even after hours and could rest assured he will return any calls promptly. Lane had quite often gone out of his way and spent time outside working hours free of charge, to look after our interest and we have found him to be a hands-on manager. In difficult selling market situations he did his researches, discussed options with us and persevered in a cool and patient manner, yet very effectively. I could discuss any issues including relevant personal issues with him as I have found him perfectly honest, very ethical and fully professional in his dealings. Lane obtained a very good result on what for us was a big sale, and with his cool temperament and friendly nature, with full co-operation and ready assistance from his partner and office staff, what more can we ask?
