Pretty quick and easy to deal with. Went the extra mile to view the property at various times of the day, followed up on a few points well. Felt sometimes a little quick and like 'another sale', it is our first house so liked to made feel special, I know this is hard when agents are busy with lots of properties. Never got the photo of the house with the sold sign which we would have like being our first home and also it was requested. Overall it was a good experience!

I have an older house which I have lived in for 22 years, and was unsure on how to go about selling it. Lane gave me clear options to consider. Once I had made the decision to sell. Lane gave a clear explanation of what various terminology meant, and kept me fully informed of what was happening. I felt totally supported and confident throughout the whole house sale journey. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Lane at Mike Peros should you want to consider selling your home. He goes the extra miles for you.

I would like to express my deepest thanks and appreciation to Lane Sanger at Mike Pero Real Estate in Orewa, for the extremely fast sale of my home. My son took over all the details of selling for me and Lane made it so easy for us all to co-ordinate the whole process. His professionalism and attention to detail from the first meeting right through to the sale and after was made smooth, easy and unstressful. So thanks to Lane and Jill Harrington, there were no sleepless nights, just an extremely happy and thankful Mother and Son. I would recommend the Mike Pero team to anyone with complete confidence. Thankyou So Much For Everything, Wendy Lovatt

We didn't give Lane an easy brief - to sell an apartment in a building where other virtually similar ones were already for sale, with 4 vendors spread from one end of the country to the other. Lane wasn't daunted and his experience counted for so much. We really valued his local knowledge, sound recommendations and excellent communication. And then along came lockdown a few weeks in and Lane was very proactive with suggestions and advice to help us adapt to the fast changing market situation. We are glad we took his advice as the ultimate result was a multi party offer, a process Lane managed with total integrity and professionalism to ensure fairness to all parties. We highly recommend Lane and his team as professionals who put their clients first and we appreciate all the hard work they did on our behalf to achieve a great result.

Lane has a very matter of fact approach and easy manner, so was very easy to deal with. Came up with an excellent idea in regard to how to best market our property and was able to clearly explain the benefits of this approach. He kept us well informed on all steps throughout the process of listing, marketing and eventual sale. We got a great result and can highly recommend.

I am very happy with the way Lane has handled the selling of my fathers property. He had a different way of looking at the process and convinced us to sell in a way we hadn't contemplated before. He is very persuasive which I assume he is with buyers as well. Having said that he was very open to our thoughts on price etc. resulting in a quick sale and price just before lock down. Very pleased with Lane and his team.

We were most impressed with the professionalism of Lane Sanger in our dealings with him in the sale of our home on Auckland’s North Shore recently. He gave us excellent advice for the presentation of our home and conducted the open homes on our behalf with the support of his wife Anita giving us clear and concise feedback after each event. We felt very confident with his attention to detail in the negotiations for the unconditional offer which we accepted after only two open homes. We would like to recommend Mike Pero Real Estate Orewa to anyone who is seeking a reliable and professional company to market and sell their home. Patricia & Michael Hirst

Lane was a excellent choice as our estate agent. He guided us through the sale during a difficult time for house sales but achieved an outstanding result for us. He was very calm, always available and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!

Lane and his team provided the best route to a sale for us. We asked all the major Real Estate companies to do an appraisal but it was Lane who impressed us with his understanding of the property and the type of buyer it would attract. Throughout the process he painstakingly explained every step to us and allayed any anxieties we had. We felt we could relate to him and that he understood what we wanted to achieve. His depth of knowledge, openness, helpfulness and lack of a "hard sell approach" really impressed. The result did not disappoint. On the auction day he ran the process and his team skilfully and managed to get us an instant unconditional sale. Thanks Lane.
