After having contacted 3 agents, we decided to use Lane to market and sell our property. We were almost ready to list the property, when Auckland went into Level 4 lockdown. This delayed the progress, but once we were in Level 3 it was easier and he was able to list and market the property. Due to Level 3 lockdown the auction was held online and we must say, we were a bit disappointed and apprehensive about the pending outcome.
