Lane was amazing from the start of the selling process to the end. He has excellent knowledge of the Orewa market and was at all times professional and informative, with emails, texts messages and phone calls. The property was very well marketed. I live out of town and the property was empty and Lane and his team watered the flowers and pot plants to ensure the property was well presented for viewing. This was hugely appreciated! 10/10

I met Lane at an open home which we later purchased the property. Lane worked hard for the seller and for us by fielding my many emails for information. He was promptly available every time and provided all the information we needed to confidently bid at auction. After many months of looking and our own selling I honestly say he is one of the best agents I had come accross in the Silverdale/ Orewa area. From greeting us on entry and pointing out the features of the house and surrounding area we felt he was honest and reliable and wanting a good sale for both vendor and purchaser, he completed this with merit.
