Thanks heaps to Gav and the team for helping us sell our place so quickly. With changes in the market happening constantly there was always some worry on our side about whether we would get any offers at all, and that all the efforts of getting the house finished up and kept clean for open homes would be for nothing. Turns out we didn't need to worry - a buyer was secured and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. Using whatsapp to communicate was actually really good so that everyone was on board with what was going on, and any questions we had were answered promptly. Settlement tomorrow!
