Gavin was acting for the vendor, with myself as the buyer. Both myself and my lawyer thought Gavin was amazing to work with (my lawyer said he was the best Real Estate agent she'd dealt with). He went above and beyond, was pragmatic when needed and generally helped ensure a smooth-as-possible process. I would 100% call Gavin if I'm looking to sell in future! What stood out to us about Alex was that he was so accessible and responsive to our many questions - he came back to us quickly and nothing was ever a hassle to him. He also would proactively check in and ask if we needed anything or wanted to re-view the property. He was fair, calm and a pleasure to deal with - so friendly and his knowledge about the housing market, property fixtures and the purchasing process was excellent. He was incredibly professional while being relatable as a human - understanding all the anxieties inherent in purchasing a new home, and dealing with banks and councils etc and filled with excellent tips. Although he wasn’t representing us as the buyer, we always felt like he was looking after our interests too - he created a lot of trust. If we want to sell our home in the future, we will definitely be hitting up Alex to represent us.

From our first meeting AM was totally professional in her approach and always well prepared. Although she was not one of the more regular Aotea agents we were impresses with her knowledge and work ethics. One of her biggest assets is her genuine caring and friendly personality. Nothing was too much trouble-no matter how much we hassled her. She was incredibly positive and supportive, especially when the market took a big dip as we started the campaign. She was there when things got tough eg problems with potential buyer, Covid, exhaustion etc. Etc!! She cheered us up,encouraged us, fed us at times and better still completed the difficult sale. AM became a friend and will always will remain a friend. We would totally recommend her to any potential buyers and would be happy to proved a verbal reference if requested.

Well well well. Alex Hinchcilff wos a fantastic agent from beginning to the final step. His suggestion of agapanfas in the vege garden really made the section pop. I can’t thank him enough for letting us use his couches from home as they really suited our crib. If anything I’d be more than happy to sell wif team Richie in the futa.
