Great experience from start to finish. Was a bit of a bumpy ride as I was selling this on behalf of my neighbour who had had to move into a resthome suddenly after loosing his wife last year. But we got there in the end with a lot of teamwork and laughs a long the way. The biggest hurdle was the no CCC. But we got there and it wasn't as painful as we were expecting.
