Although new to the game Alison brought a freshness to the whole process of selling our house. We were drawn into her honesty, excitement and charming ways. Having been a teacher Ali uses her people skills to get people to share their concerns during this nerve-wracking process and then sets about finding solutions to these. Ali is a top notch communicator (day and night), details dealt with immediately. Endeavours to upgrade her realtors skills constantly. Wants to get things right so seller feels utter confidence. Not only were we convinced we had the right agent for selling the house but it seems the buyers were equally impressed ( from the high number of offers we had). Ali is quietly charming. Listens and laughs a lot.
