Although new to the game Alison brought a freshness to the whole process of selling our house. We were drawn into her honesty, excitement and charming ways. Having been a teacher Ali uses her people skills to get people to share their concerns during this nerve-wracking process and then sets about finding solutions to these. Ali is a top notch communicator (day and night), details dealt with immediately. Endeavours to upgrade her realtors skills constantly. Wants to get things right so seller feels utter confidence. Not only were we convinced we had the right agent for selling the house but it seems the buyers were equally impressed ( from the high number of offers we had). Ali is quietly charming. Listens and laughs a lot.

Andy provided us with a great deal of support and advice. We found him patient and proactive, which made the purchase of a house far less stressful than it could have been. Anemarie acts & performs her job in your best interest, does not put up barriers (like some do), will go with your ideas if they are good and if not, will let you know a better option. She works well with you and takes the stress out of the process. As for her efforts, cannot be faulted, she really puts the extra effort in. None of this "80% is good enough." She has an eye for detail, across the entire process. She doesn't pressure you either, like a used car saleman would. No, definitely a team effort. And all this when the market was under-performing... she got us a fair result and we would definitely recommend her. At the end of the day its a result-driven business but you also want to work well with someone.
