Malcolm and his wife Kay were fantastic to work with. I was a buyer not located in Christchurch. They went out of their way to show me around the property (on video and later in person), went the extra mile to go back and inspect parts of it for me again and take photos, on multiple occasions, to answer some questions from the builder who did my building report. Malcolm was very responsive, kept the lines of communication open for all those little things that don't need lawyers, and was overall wonderful to deal with. Would absolutely recommend.

When asked to be contacted via the rental section, he promptly did so. He explained all the options I had, given the circumstances I explained to him,. We came up with a clear plan of attack. I was always keep informed about the response from open days and potentially the price I could expect. Given why I was selling, on auction day we discussed my options ... hold off to get potentially get a better price or sell to a couple just starting out. I was happy to sell. Aaron was easy to work with, understands the market, has a great communication style which puts both the buyer and seller at ease. Great job

1. Oustanding communication - no surprises, always keep you well informed and explained unfamiliar approaches and processes in a manner that was easy to understand. 2. Provided market advice and compatators with estimates that were spot on. 3. Went the extra mile to provide suggestions to help with sorting and disposing of house contents, access to trade help be it builders, plumbers, electicians, building inspectors even skip bin companies! 4. Always available and made everything effortless - nothing was a problem. A very solution and outcome fouced person. 5. Plenty of personality which made the whole process so much more seamless and enjoyable. 6. Guided negotiations adeptly without being at all pushy or authoratarian. 7. Always professional - Sonai clealry enjoys her job and is excellent at it.
