We first met Yin Yin when we were viewing a property she was selling. We were immediately impressed by her enthusiasm and professionalism. While she was clearly working hard to achieve the best outcome for the vendor, she also paid close attention to the needs of every potential buyer attending the open home. That experience gave us a lot of confidence and led us to choose Yin Yin as the agent to list our own property. From the very beginning, Yin Yin and Helen provided us with many helpful suggestions on preparing our home for the market, including maintenance, presentation and staging. Later, when Helen went on maternity leave, Brianna joined the team and worked closely with Yin Yin, providing great support and assistance throughout the process. When the open homes began, what impressed us most was the detailed feedback we received every week. After each open home, they shared buyers’ comments with us and also kept us informed about comparable properties on the market. At the same time, they carefully followed up with every potential buyer, helping buyers find the right home while also helping the seller connect with the most suitable buyer. As this was our first time selling a home, Yin Yin and Brianna took the time beforehand to clearly explain the auction process to us in detail. During the auction, they kept us updated with the progress and buyer activity in real time. Their guidance and communication greatly eased our anxiety about the auction, and we were very pleased with the final result. Communication was always very prompt and smooth.
