House sale in Hauraki (Takapuna)

We initially researched the market for the local real estate agency best suited to sell our home in Hauraki (Takapuna) and settled on Harcourts, Cooper. We were looking for an agent with integrity more than anything, but also someone trustworthy, competent and personable. I'm confident we found all that in Travis and Matt. The process went very smoothly and the house sold quickly within two weeks, albeit we new the area was popular and the property was well presented. Travis and Matt engaged themselves intensively in the process and put in a tremendous effort to pull things together for both vendor and buyer.

Great a getting the job done, fixing issues with a smile.

The property had challenges and with every issues wanly had some one there with in 24 hours to fix each issue. I am sure it was frustrating for them but they didn’t let it show. At all times wanly and her team were positive and reassuring.
