We could not be happier having Trina represent us in selling our family home. People say it is a tough market presently but Trina sold our house in just 6 days. Thank you so much Trina. The photos looked great. Your marketing strategies brought the interest we needed and it was a very quick sales process. If you would like your house to sell effortlessly cal Trina!

We stumbled across the house that we now purchased that was looked after by Alice. Throughout the whole process we have had so many stress over dealing with people (lawyer, broker etc.) But Alice is not one of them, she made all things and arrange timing with ease and stressfree. When she's not available for house viewing or pre settlement inspection, even when she was on leave, she arranged it with her collegue and checked up with us too. Great agent, can't recommend enough.

Glenn - who had sold an earlier property for my late husband and I in 2007 - had kept in touch and as we were happy with his work then, I was pleased that his proposal on how to handle the sale of my current home was the best one I received. He has been thorough, knowledgeable about the current unusual market and aware of how unique a property he was being asked to sell. He worked hard to get it onto the market by 16 December, and brought many prospective buyers to see it, even during the holiday season. He was always friendly, personable and went the second mile to be helpful to prospective buyers and to myself. He worked for - and achieved - an unconditional offer, and with this being well above the 'offers above' figure . We (including my family) are all happy with the outcome. I would happily recommend Glenn to anyone in the Onslow area where has 17 years experience.

Alice was fantastic in the whole process of purchasing the house. Great local market knowledge, and an excellent communicator. I felt that she understood where I was at and was great at guiding me through the process.

My fiancé and I have just purchased our first home with the help of Warrick. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, he'll always puts you as his first priority. He made our process exciting and as smooth as possible. If anyone is after a real estate agent that'll work hard to find you the perfect house or buyer then I highly recommend Warrick.

Words cannot convey how much we appreciate Warrick's knowledge and expertise during the big decision of purchasing an investment property. Just when we thought we would never find the right place, Warrick presented us with exactly the right house and he pulled everything together so quickly and professionally. Warrick demystified the process and explained everything so clearly for us, he is relentlessly customer focused and generous with his time. He went above and beyond ensuring we were able to view properties when we were available (even when he wasn't), and he happily answered the most random questions at all hours of the day and night! Thank you so much Warrick, we wish you continued success in your future endeavors.

We were first time home buyers and had no idea about the process whatsoever. Warrick answered all my question (a lot of questions) with patience. His responsiveness was incredible, no matter what time of the day. When I messaged him questions he would call me within minutes and explain. Warrick’s promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness and good energy made the process less stressful. When I’m looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call. Thanks Warrick!!

Very easy to get in contact with and quick to provide the necessary information and answer any questions I had. Made the process as a buyer really enjoyable and simple, thank you!

We have used Warrick exclusively with all our property dealings in the city. His determination and willingness to put in that extra effort to get a result has worked well for us. It is a tougher market now, but Warrick was still able to get a result, and has always done so in the past, that was better than the prevailing market expectations. 5 stars as always. We visited an open home Ramon had on the day before an offer was due and liked it enough to make a last-minute offer. As a first-time buyer in NZ, this was a foreign process and Ramon was there through from the offer stage to getting our keys. It was a longer process than normal, but Ramon communicated everything very well and very flexible to our schedule. It was a much more pleasant experience than I had expected.
