We loved dealing with Warrick. He is friendly, a good communicator, efficient and gets things done. His style suited us - not too much, not too little, just the right amount of intel when we needed it. He was prepared to a lot of grunt work on our behalf (as we didn't live at or near the property we were selling) all of which was appreciated as it was above and beyond. He managed to bring in multiple offers before the property formally went to market, using his contacts and his team. This was really what we wanted, rather than a protracted process to eek out the last dollar. However, as it happens, he also got us a fantastic price. Really happy, and no hesitation in recommending Warrick to future clients.
