Working with Alice O'Styke of Tommy's Real Estate to sell our apartment in Wellington, was excellent. She helped us through every stage of the process. She has very good problem solving skills. She made everything a breeze for us as the sellers. Our tenants moved out on the 19th of Feb, 2023. Alice organised for cleaners, staging, photography, accessing and clearing storage space and much more. The Unit went live on the web for Sale on the 23 of Feb. Open houses were organised for that weekend. The property was sold on the 3 May 2023. Brilliant effort to sell in the current market climate. We highly recommend Alice for anyone serious about selling in Wellington. Alice was a pleasure to work with.

Glenn was quite relaxed and straightforward about the process - which was nice. My only real criticism is that there was nothing done around the purchasing process to make things feel "special", the little things were overlooked such as a hamper or letter once the property was purchased - which was somewhat disappointing. Outside of that, the service was good.

This is the real estate agent for you! Alice sold our house in Brooklyn in the summer of 22/23. She was clearly highly capable, and was engaging, open and attentive, as well as being a fun and completely down to earth human being. She totally got us and our house (having sold it to us eight years' earlier) and steered us through the whole process, managing our nerves expertly, and getting us the sale at the price we needed in 3 weeks. The daily check ins once our listing was live to talk through that day's viewers and plan next steps were particularly appreciated. Thoroughly recommended.

We have bought 3 properties with Glenn as well as selling one. Glenn knows the Wellington housing market very well, whether million dollar family homes, 1 bed flats in cbd or new builds. Even in an uncertain housing market Glenn has a good understanding and we followed all of his advice when selling our 1 bed flat in Feb 2023 when it was only on the market for 7 days before we received 4 offers with the the new owner moving in 2 weeks later!
