He offered us advice on how to attract buyers, worked with us to arrange suutable times for Open Homes and kept us informed along the way. When we had an unexpected issue with a Code of Compliance Ramon worked tirelessly to offer information and advice, and really helped us to navigate our way through the process. Ramon had a good working relationship with mortgage brokers, solicitors and council staff and was able to source information quickly and offer advice and solutions. We really would have been lost without his support, and highly recommend him and his team.

We bought our current house through Glenn, 7 years ago. We found him funny, genuine, laid back, and willing to meet up with us to view houses at short notice. He was noticeably different from most other agents - he even told us that his approach is just to be honest with clients, as dishonesty will blow back eventually. Glenn has been working as an agent long term, and he's clearly built up trust in clients over that time. After the 7 year interim, we had no hesitation to contact him to sell our house for us. Despite a difficult market, currently, he managed to find buyers. The whole process felt straightforward, and he did an excellent job of brokering between us and the those we're now selling to. He was also willing to give impromptu advice on buying our next house. We recommend Glenn to anyone, and will look to him to sell our next house.

Tricky market, tricky house, expensive house. Not a great combination of factors. Added to that I had made an unconditional purchase and not selling was not an option. I have been in property a long time and seldom have I worked with an agent who not only keeps you fully updated but casts their net far and wide, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of finding the right buyer. Ramon is smart, mentally agile, always positve, honest and without fail finds solutions to the most trying situations... and we had more than our share. I have not had a good experience with Tommy's in the past but an excellent agent is an excellent agent and I would sell with Ramon again in a nanosecond.

Ramon made it incredibly simple for me as the house owner. I trusted in his knowledge 100% and went along with his recommendations. I based it on him being an expert at his job, and I wasn't disappointed. My job was simply to present an attractive and well maintained/loved house. His job was to ensure all the ducks were lined up - timings; pre-sales building inspections; staging furniture; photos; advertising/marketing; open homes, etc. Negotiations were also led by Ramon. I couldn't be happier with the results and the ease of the process Ramon led me through. I highly recommend Ramon - he has a lovely manner and is always looking for the little things that will make a difference for you.

We were choosing between two agents and are glad we went with Glenn. His appraisal of our property's value was based on his experience and instinct rather than on pure statistics (i.e. cost per square metre for recent sales in the area), and he was on the money. He provided a much higher initial valuation than the other agent and more importantly achieved a sale price at the top end of that estimate. Very personable, responsive and transparent; a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
