Open and honest all the way
From the moment l met Warrick at the property l was soon to figure out l would buy, it was apparent that he was going to make this a really easy and painless experience after a searching for a while. He had a fantastic understanding of the property, including its history, knew the area really well and to was committed to getting the best result for both the Vendor and us. Throughout the whole process, Warrick was open and honest in every conversation we had, and was always willing and available to take us through any details related to the purchase - a huge plus having not bought property in NZ before. Can't thank Warrick enough for all his support through this and would happily recommend him to anyone that is looking for a property in Wellington! Thanks mate.

Got the job done
Happy with the outcome. Warrick got the place sold with only the one offer. Was a bit worried for a while there! Good communication, always willing to help, kept our tenant updated. Warrick always answers his phone which I find is a rare thing these days. Good help and support with staging, and managing the builders report. He may even get a few beers shouted on us in the New Year sometime!

Great to deal with
Glenn made purchasing our house very easy for us. Quick to respond to any communication and answer all our questions. Allowed us to view property at times that suited us and also helped with giving access to tradespeople before settlement date. Thanks Glenn :)

I loved working with Glenn as he is so down to earth, friendly, and hardworking
I originally bought my house from Glenn, and there was no way I was using anyone else to sell it. Glenn is so friendly and easy to get along with, and is a real down-to-earth human being :) He was always there for me any time I needed advice or information. His time in the industry is very obvious. His network is huge, and his understanding of the houses in the area, their history, market trends etc is fantastic. I can absolutely recommend him. Faultless!!
Glenn’s experience paid dividends when it came to the sale of one of our investment properties. He knows the market and attracted the right buyers. Handled our tenants with absolute respect and showed why he is the right agent for the job when it comes selling these types of properties Even with a softening market he was able to get us top dollar.He is bloody brilliant!

An agent who goes the extra mile
We honestly could not have picked a better agent to trust with the sale of our property. Warwick is experienced, knowledgeable and communicated clearly with us every step of the way. It didn't feel like Warwick was marketing / selling our house FOR us - it felt like he was doing it WITH us. He made it easy for us to trust him and we really valued his obvious concern for how we were coping with the sale of the place that has been home for many years. Warwick has an informal, friendly style but at the same time, conducted himself utterly professionally at all times. He worked exceptionally hard on our sale, and netted a brilliant result for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Warwick to anyone searching to buy or sell property in Wellington.

Genuine & Helpful
Trying to buy a house is stressful and it took nearly a year in which Glenn showed me through more houses than I can remember. What I do remember is, no matter what property we were looking at Glenn’s focus was on supporting us to make the best decisions for our situation each time. We missed out on houses but I never felt pressured and eventually we found one and could not have asked for better.
