Glenn worked hard to get me the price and result I wanted on my lovely downtown apartment at a time when the market was changing quite a lot. He was also friendly, available and positive throughout. He stuck with his guns, kept marketing and showing people through over a 6 week period and kept up great communications throughout. In the end he brought me two offers and one was exactly what I wanted. Aside from some legal issues at the contract signing that were overlooked, the rest of the process was smooth. So all in all I'm happy with the result.

After years of hunting for our first home in this crazy market we found our gem in the rough. I would definitely recommend Warrick McCluskey at Tommy's Real Estate. He is the perfect agent and has great passion for Newlands and homes like ours. Before Warrick even appraised our property, he lent us his scaffolding and then when we did choose him he also offered for us (including our dogs) to stay at his home while we completed polishing our floors. If Warrick wasn't sincere then he should win an acting award.
