We are absolutely thrilled to share our fantastic experience with Alice! If you're on the hunt for a new home and want an agent who makes the process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free, look no further. From the get-go, Alice radiated positivity and enthusiasm. She has an infectious passion for finding the perfect home, which made the whole journey exciting. It was like having a house-hunting buddy who was as invested in our dream home as we were. She made sure every house we visited aligned with our preferences, and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Communication was a breeze with Alice. She is always quick to respond to our messages, emails, and phone calls. We never felt like we were kept in the dark, and she was always happy to answer our questions, no matter how big or small. In the end, we couldn't be happier with our new home, and owe a huge thank you to Alice. If you want an agent who will not only find you a house but also make the experience enjoyable and memorable, we wholeheartedly recommend Alice O’Styke.

Alice listened to us and also put a great team around us to complete the work to get our property looking its best for sale at a reasonable price. Alice worked with both ourselves and potential purchasers to bring us our best price in this market on tender date. We feel extremely grateful to Alice for her professional caring attitude and her communication. Alice kept in touch with us weekly and managed everything that came up during the sale process. We couldn’t have done it without her and are so happy with the price we got for our property. We also loved the staging. Alice made this whole process less overwhelming and stressful for us. We would highly recommend Alice as your real estate agent when u are selling your house.

Buying our first house, we had no idea what we were doing. Alice took the time to explain things to us and answer our many questions without making us feel stupid, even when we were stressed out. She's done a great job helping us get our dream home, and we can't thank her enough.

This the second house Glenn has sold for us and he never dissapoints. Both times we have been living overseas and his ability to just take care of everything is second to none! He's so easy to deal with and his communication is amazing. I would have no hesitation using Glenn again and again. Absolute pleasure to deal with and a true gentleman of the industry! Although we weren't as fruitful with the result the second house we sold, we still got a result we were happy with and Glenn did all he could to get us to that result. His positive attitude and love for the industry shines through.

Ramond was a pleasure to work with, his presentation and manner in all regards were excellent. I felt very well advised and guided in the marketing of my property. Ramond often went beyond the normal remit of an agent to pay attention to the small jobs the out-of-town sellers like myself, find difficult to complete. I would be happy to work with Ramond again and would highly recommend him to any pone.

Seamless purchase, honest and upfront guy. Purchase of my property went well and without any problems. Ramon has good knowledge of the market and is a great communicator. Ramon was always immaculately dressed and well presented. Would be great to see agents in more casual attire after the sale and purchase of properties. Feels more human and down to earth! Would not hesitate to recommend Ramon as an agent.
