Tricky market, tricky house, expensive house. Not a great combination of factors. Added to that I had made an unconditional purchase and not selling was not an option. I have been in property a long time and seldom have I worked with an agent who not only keeps you fully updated but casts their net far and wide, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of finding the right buyer. Ramon is smart, mentally agile, always positve, honest and without fail finds solutions to the most trying situations... and we had more than our share. I have not had a good experience with Tommy's in the past but an excellent agent is an excellent agent and I would sell with Ramon again in a nanosecond.

Ramon made it incredibly simple for me as the house owner. I trusted in his knowledge 100% and went along with his recommendations. I based it on him being an expert at his job, and I wasn't disappointed. My job was simply to present an attractive and well maintained/loved house. His job was to ensure all the ducks were lined up - timings; pre-sales building inspections; staging furniture; photos; advertising/marketing; open homes, etc. Negotiations were also led by Ramon. I couldn't be happier with the results and the ease of the process Ramon led me through. I highly recommend Ramon - he has a lovely manner and is always looking for the little things that will make a difference for you.

We were choosing between two agents and are glad we went with Glenn. His appraisal of our property's value was based on his experience and instinct rather than on pure statistics (i.e. cost per square metre for recent sales in the area), and he was on the money. He provided a much higher initial valuation than the other agent and more importantly achieved a sale price at the top end of that estimate. Alice is by far the most professional, organised, communicative and pleasant agent in Wellington to work with. I deal with real estate agents on a professional basis through my day to day work and they just don’t get better than Alice. Glenn was amazing, took the time to really understand what we were going through as a family to let go of the house we lived in for so long. He was always accomodating for us and especially when it came to our mum and made sure that she was comfortable with what was going on with the sale. Mum liked Glenn from the get go and for someone who English is her 2nd language, Glenn always spoke in a clear manner until he knew mum understand and was happy. Glenn, was always working hard to have our home sold for a price we were comfortable with and at no time, put any pressure on us to sell, especially given the market at this time. He made sure that we took the time we needed as a family to all agree on terms before making any decisions. I would recommend Glenn as an agent to anyone trying to sell their house. Cant recommend Ramon more highly! Being first time vendors and selling in a difficult market we were apprehensive about our agent choice but Ramon won us over with his trustworthy manner and southern charm. In hindsight we are extremely grateful to Ramon for making the whole process so easy, assisting us every step of the way, not mention his willingness to get his suit dirty on a number of occasions and availability all hours of the day.
