He lives locally, knew the area well and had an excellent understanding of the unique property and what we needed to do as a team to sell the property. He is easy to deal with, sensitive to your situation and is very genuine and honest. He quickly designed an effective marketing programme, arranged everything and got things moving quickly. Communication was clear and exactly as you needed it, if there was interest he would say so, but also was honest if there wasn't.
