Iain did well for a challenging market, we ended up with a price we weren't upset about in the end. This price was $80k less than where we started with but the market was turning bad as we came on. With more foresight of where the market was heading, being more aggressive with the price at the start could have meant a faster and more lucrative deal.

We recently purchased one of Edmunds listings in Island Bay, and the whole experience was positive and hassle free. Edmund demonstrated great communication skills, by being quick to respond to queries, and constantly updating when new information arose. He went out of his way to help us with keys for early access, and even stopped in on settlement day (with a bottle of bubbles in hand) to make sure everything was in order. Chris and Will worked collectively. They both meet at the house to do an initial appraisal and thru out the process they were each aware of what the other was doing, and acknowledged each othets contribution. With the market fluctuations they were open to our input on pricing. They also acknowledged the enhancements we did to the house pre-market and advice they gave us on staging. We liked how they kept us up with open days and the offer and were really helpful with the negotiation process.
