Westley was not our first choice, having been recommended another agency and salesperson by an industry-adjacent professional. However it became apparent that Westley had the right attitude from the outset, turning a casual enquiry from us into a lead she was obviously intent on converting. Following Westleys approach with a buyer she had identified as being suitable for our property, we initially agreed to an off market listing. But with no urgency placed upon the purchaser she introduced to the property, we eventually agreed to a full market campaign. The Auction was very successful, in that it generated wide ranging interest and three registered bidders. Negotiations continued post Auction with the lead bidder and a successful result was achieved within 24 hours post Auction. What impressed us in particular with Westley was her in-depth knowledge of the area, her ability to provide information and understand the roadblocks in advance, which all helped to set us up for success. But it was in the 11th hour that Westley truly shone. Adopting "old school" service by physically showing up for negotiations and working well into the night proved her determination and resilience, ensuring the outcome for all parties to come together for a mutually beneficial outcome. In this market, the vendor needs to know their agent will go the extra mile. Westley did just that. We would highly recommend Westley to anyone thinking of selling along the coast.

Westley did an amazing job in selling our property. We were given all the different options and reasons why as to the best way to market our home. Informative, communicated well, always rang or Txt back if we had a query. Gave good advice on how to better improve the property as first impressions count. Always kept us informed as to what was happening and was impressed that she always rang before Open Homes or viewings so that we knew people were entering our home. Liaised with our Lawyer in a professional manner and kept us informed. The only negative was the oversight in letting us know the Commission had GST attached to it. But I also need to point out that Westley accepted her oversight and offered to reimburse us out of her personal funds. That speaks volumes to her integrity and wanting to do right by her clients. We didn't feel comfortable taking her up on her offer as it was a genuine oversight but more than made up for by her honesty, especially when that quality seems to be lacking a lot these days in the world we live in. Even though we would have liked to receive a higher offer I think Westley did her best and it is more an indication that the property market has a way to go yet. We would certainly recommend Westley to anyone considering selling their property. A pleasure to work with.

Her dedication and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and enjoyable.
