Being this my first time selling a property I spoke with a number of different agents in the Franklin area. Ankush Bajaj was steps ahead of the rest. I could tell straight away he has done his homework. Due to his wealth of knowledge not only of the Franklin area but the market and where its sitting, he knew exactly what buyers to target and what strategy would work the best.
